| Award-winning children’s presenter on BBC, Angellica Bell, has shot a raunchy spread in FHM magazine causing a major controversy with viewers of that channel.
Bell who has earlier won children’s TV Baftas said she was coming into her “sexual prime” and wanted to be seen as a woman rather than a girl. She also said the nude shoot had given her the confidence to “love her boobs”. |

Its a careless and irresponsible act from this girl. there are thousands of kids who look up to her. she just cant go and pose naked for a magazine.

The problem is that little girls look up to and follow their role models like Angellica. And when she goes and does nude photos in magazines she’s just encouraging that behaviour in kids. Its pathetic.

There is an internal conflict, Im torn between myself, I’ve watched her when I was younger, I am now 19…
Now this is where the conflict arises: the head at the top says it was a very irresponsible thing to do, as there is a generation of young kids that look up to her, my sister even took a picture with her.
But then there is the head at the bottom, that says WOOHOOOOOO!! I can’t say I’ve never fantasized about her when she was on screen! and now I get to see the real thing on paper!

As one of her many male fans i have to say she was right to do this shoot..after all she does look so sexy in the pictures.

You’re absolutely right DK, no-one wants a generation of young girls to grow up feeling comfortable and happy with themselves, their bodies and their sexuality.
Far better that they feel a nagging sense of guilt and insecurity. Angelica should be ashamed of herself. ;)
