 21-year old budding journalist Rachel Smith from Tenesse took the Miss USA title and was crowned by last year’s controversial winner Tara Conner.
Among the many gifts Miss USA gets is a New York City apartment for the year of her reign with all living expenses included. That incidentally is the same apartment Tara Conner was booted out of after her ‘rude’ behaviour.
