Quentin Tarantino's upcoming horror flick Hostel II has a new poster with a naked Bijou Phillips holding on to her head.

The movie about three American students in a Solvakian hostel has the model, singer and actress in the leading role.

Bijou isn't new to nudity - she's taken it off in several movies and even has a Playboy spread to her credit.

However, it's quite unlikely she's been this topless before.
